I was wondering if you guys had pics up with all the figures you've collected over the years. I'd like to see where and how you guys pose them. I'm going to try and get mine up sometime... I've gotten at least one of each character. I hope to see some!
:)
Can anyone tell me the difference between The Muppets Go To The Movies and The Muppets Go Hollywood? Is one a sequel to the other? I just want to know because I'm getting them soon, and I was just curious.
I saw in Jim Henson: The Works that Richard Hunt was in Sweetum's outfit. Then I saw on Down In Fraggle Rock; Behind the Scenes that Richard just does the voice of Junior Gorg, not the body. How did he do both Sweetum's body and voice?
Hey gang,
Did any of The Muppet Show monsters scare you when you were little? I remember watching Frog Prince, and that got me scared of Sweetums. And my fear of the monsters grew when I saw Sweetums and Doglion on The Cosby Show... the list goes on. I was just frightened by a lot of them...
You know, that's the reason I wrote this post... I knew he died of AIDS, and I'm sorry for lying. I just never knew exactly how. I've always wondered if he was. Even if he was gay, however, that wouldn't change my opinion one bit. That doesn't take away the fact that he was an excellent...
I was just wondering, how did Richard die? Did he catch a serious illness the way Jim did? I love Richard and his characters to death, but I never did know... I did hear at one point that he had AIDS. I hope I'm not bringing up a sore subject. Can someone help me out? ;) :flirt: :boo:
I just got done setting up my playset, and the side of the wall, not the back wall, won't go all the way in, and it kinda sticks out. Did I plug it in wrong? Did anyone else have this problem? Where can i get instructions on how to set it up? Hope to hear from someone soon. Thanks.
Hey gang,
When I was little, I remember seeing The Muppets Go Hollywood, The Muppets 30th Anniversary, The Muppets Go To Disney World, and Muppets Go To The Movies. I was wondering if anyone out there had these four, or at least a copy of these. If someone does have one of these, and there's...
Dear forum members,
My name is Luke, and I've been a member here since, I think, August. I've been such a huge fan of just about anything involving Jim Henson and his workshop. I've watched loads and loads of Muppety things since I can possibly remember. Maybe that's why I'm able to get so many...
Hey everyone! I feel a little embarrassed! I didn't know that they posted up "Happy Birthdays." Thank you, all of you, for wishing me a great 20th birthday. It's been fun knowing all you guys and I hope to get to know you guys better in the future...Thanks a lot!
~Luke~
I'm so glad that Uncle Deadly's going to be sold! What a relief that they didn't put him off like the others, although it would be nice to have Sal with Johnny, a naked standing Robin, and the Vet's Hospital cast. Hopefully down the line we'll see them. But I'm excited that they kept Uncle...
I remember loving the fact that I was scared by the egyptian mummies of Bert and Ernie. I remember Ernie being scared as Bert left him to explore a cave. He starts singing Rubber Duckie, and all of a sudden, the egyptian mummy of Ernie starts to tapdance! Oh, what a great sketch! I don't care...
Ooohhhh... the whole thing scared me; the music, the way the mouth opened, each daughter appearing. Heck Jim's voice even scared me. Does anyone know where I could find at least a picture of that?
Just recently, I've gotten the Sweetums, Backstage Playset, OMGCNFO Animal, and the Jim Henson figure. I figured that after I get Superhero Scooter and Adventure Kermit, plus Series 10, which I've heard might be the last, I'd be done. Does anyone know when they will be released? And does anyone...
I"m going to put together a 2-disc set of all my favorite Fraggle Rock songs, and the only two I don't have are...
Heed The Drumbeat Now--- Wembley and the Gorgs
Just Don't Know What Time It Is--- Wonder Mountain
If someone has these two songs, could you please post back, or reach me at...
Has anyone posted "King of Eights" as a scary skit? Oh, I couldn't watch that until I was 11 years old! I think it was a claymation sketch, and I remember hearing Jim's voice in it somewhere... anyone else agree?
I heard on another thread here that Piggy was supposed to be on, but then it just said that that was for laughs and to make her look more famous. But one of the reasons I haven't missed SNL for the longest time is for a chance to see the Muppets on there. And on December 18, exactly seven years...
