hey there, the top and bottom jaw are all one piece, then the red mouthplate is a seperate piece of foam glued into the mouth. :)

ok the best way i have found is lets just say you are using ping pong balls for eyes - paint two of them white for the eyes - then cut another ball up and make the black pupils from the cut up ping pong so it has the same curve as your eyeball - spray black and also spray tiny screw black.
