Significant throwback to that whole transitiony period with stuff like early Porcupine Tree, the record Voyage 34 is a single song, half an hour long, but based entirely around the concept of a young man's bad trip, his 34th experience with LSD. The fact it is a 90s record is shown with the use...
Yesterday I checked out a local recycling center and came across puppet-eye gold! I got 7 Christmas balls, all in 2 different sizes and well made too! After a good spray painting white they are going to make perfect eyes for my current project.
I mainly go on DA now to look at street art, stickers and other such acts of vandalism, I also check drawing things that interest me every now and then. I don't think the site is stuck up at all, if anything I think that it's the opposite. I'm not going to rag on about what is and isn't "art"...

I'm just going to throw it out there and say that I don't hate current SST on the basis of characters. I really like Abby as a character and I do enjoy a fair part of the writing. I am however an opponent of the current block format, I would like to see a return to the street story segments...
About a week ago I saw the kids hostings between shows on the ABC, a 5 minute interlude with a sleazy yet amusing remark. The hosting blocks are "Giggle and Hoot" hosted by a man in a strange outfit and an owl puppet (puppeteered by the wonderful Mal Heap I believe). ANYWAY a child submitted a...
Over here I found the local chain of sewing stores sells faux-fur shag that is incredibly long, but only in a black/white/grey dye-job. I do plan on using it in future for a torso though. Unfortunately, I've come to realise that long fur is really expensive - the fur I desire goes for $75 a...
