Just got these disks (finally!!!) and am almost through them.. so far, yes, there's a good deal of repetition (esp for the number 2 skits), and that one cow skit did seem to drag a little, esp by today's standards, but over all, gotta say, I love it!!
though, gotta say.. Snuffy was kinda creepy...

ooh.. these are different then the ones i had 4 years ago.... and if they didn't cost about 3 times what i'm paying for checks now... *sigh* since we pretty much only use them for paying bills anyway...
on the other hand... would the muppets have developed in the ways we all came to love if they'd been left on SNL?? who knows what would have happened to them, or if we'd have ever had the chance at all the wonderful things that came later? (trying to be optimistic about their "booting"...)
i moved about the same time the line ended, and at the moment, everything's still boxed up.. we have plans to remodel the basement and set up a permanent display down there in the "theater room" along w/ the posers and some SW stuff and other things.... but, until we can do that (teen step son...
for me.. he's sitting quietly up on a high shelf for the holiday.. step kids are coming for Christmas break, so he's better off safely out of range... am working on plans for after Christmas displays though..
