Well, there are adult Barney products out there, mostly sold at Spencer's Gifts, and they are selling well - They're similar to the Sesame ones, except HiT is MUCH more strict on what types of things that Barney can be on. (For example, there's no way that there will be Barney bikinis competing...
Well, while I would love to see Barney & the Backyard Gang on DVD, as has been said on here, there isn't really a big market for classic Barney. It would be best for HiT Entertainment to continue making their DVDs for the audience of small kids.
With that in mind, there is really no reason why...
Well, while we don't have any definate proof, I wouldn't be surprised if this was true.
The Princess and the Frog and Winnie the Pooh were kind of, I guess, experimental projects to see how 2D animation would do in the box-office. Neither of them did well, so I wouldn't be surprised that...
Well, you know a lot more about Muppet products than I do. I'm just kind of an observer. My main focus in Muppet collecting is stuff like DVDs, videos and music, as well as the odd plush toy.

That's a hard question for me, too...
As generic as these awnsers are, my favourite Sesame Street song would probably be "One Small Voice", and my favourite traditional Muppets song would be "Rainbow Connection".
Just what I've been trying to say, John.
As I said in my first post here, there is no children's show that works for every child, so the fact that we have both Barney & Friends and Sesame Street - Along with all of the other great stuff out there for young kids - is a fantastic thing.
Sorry...
Well, I see what you mean, but children in the Barney/Sesame group (The two age groups do mix, around the latter of Barney's end) need that sweetness in their everyday life - Why not bring that over to the television they watch and the characters they'll emulate?
It is quite obviously true that...
