Just thought I'd pop in and say that I've read the whole thread and I'm quite impressed by the way this debate has gone. I have to say that I'm on the side that thinks MFS was a good film--but it is one that plays so much better on DVD than in theaters.
Also... I have to say that I completely...
Well I just sent out all of the reviews I have for proof-reading. This project is finally getting off the ground! Here's hoping we'll see it succeed! :D
And keep sending some articles gang! We can always use more!
Hmm... I... like it okay. It seems odd to use actual shots of Rizzo, Pepe, and Piggy from the movie... but not the others. (And it looks like Fozzie's body from the movie was pasted onto Fozzie's head from a poser picture taken awhile ago.) I like Kermit in the hat as the centerpiece, though...
Alex - Awesome! Thank you!
Kelly - Perfect! That's one of the most important ones to get a review of I think.
Dwayne - Get in here, man! You know I want you a part of this team! A review of Pepe's book would be fantastic!
MrsPepper - Thanks, boss! Whenever you get the time, a review of...
No way! That is SO awesome! Congrats to the Muppets, and here's hoping they pull out a big win! :D That would be epic to see LtS win an Emmy.
And by the way, Dwayne... that link doesn't take you to NBC.com, it goes to a new thread starting here on MC. Just thought I'd tell you.
You're more than welcome to choose your own, but if you don't have any ideas I'd be glad to assign it. Since you have your own ideas by all means write on them! :D
To Colby - A second opinion or review is always welcome! You're still more than welcome to submit your review of FTB too!
To Erin - Yes! Of course you can! I was definitely hopeing you'd join up with us, Erin. :D
I thought about this too, Ed... I mean, my Abby in Wonderland review NEVER got featured on the site (even though Phil told me it would... :smirk: ). But... I think if we have a large following of quality articles there's no way we can be ignored.
Thanks to everyone who's thrown their hat...
Happy Birthday to my very favorite Muppet performer--nay, my idol! I have a signed photo of Gonzo sent from Mr. Goelz, and it's the crown jewel of my collection. Here's hoping he has a birthday as unbelievably cool as he is!
Happy Birthday, Dave! :concern:
Brilliant! You rock, Colby! Thanks for the speedy response! :D I think it would be great if you could review the FtB DVD. Just start writing and then submit it to me via PM or email it to me at ryguy102390@hotmail.com whenever you can. Thanks Colby! :wisdom:

Lately, in case you haven't noticed, there has been little to no opinion pieces, articles, or even reviews posted on MC's homepage. (Aside from the occasional update copied direct from The Muppet Newsflash, which is an amazing resource, by the way.) Face it gang, Tough...
*laughs* This is SO true... except each of the Animaniacs set came with 5 discs and the Pinky and the Brain sets both came with 4. So... $6 for each SET is an incredibly good deal.
But yeah... the LtS DVD is really pricy, but I highly doubt it'll be that much when it comes out. But who knows...
I bought the first two Animaniacs and the first two Pinky and the Brain volumes for only $6 a piece. A fantastic buy that's really given me a great joy watching the past week or so.
"Helloooooooo, Nurse!"
Lemme tell ya what I would do, see. This is what I would do... take some duct tape the exact size of the messy part of the screen... tape it over the messy part. Ba-da-bing, ba-da-boom! Ya gotcherself a perfectly fine, fixed TV, ya know.
Tell me about it. :p I randomly found two cases sitting in my laundry room... apparently my parents drink it. I tell ya, you find inspiration in the strangest places. ;)
