Hi there and welcome. I think that there may have been one released at Muppet Vision 3D years ago. Otherwise I know that McDonalds released a set of small plush in Australia in 2003. Sam was one of the plush. Check Muppet Wiki :)

It's originally from Snoopy the Musical, so I suggest you try to find the sheet music for that. it will be in there. Maybe pianofiles.com? :)

I found a Kermit plush in Urban Outfitters at Miami Beach and it is pretty good quality. Has wire legs and arms and kinda reminds me of the Applause plushes from years ago. Heres the website - :)...
