I liked it alot. It's that simple. It's cute, silly, and fun. As far as Muppet films go, no it isn't the best they've ever done. I don't think that was the plan. But as far as family films go, it was the best to be released last year overall. Jon

20 years, huh. I remember seeing the adds in MuppetMagazine like it was... 20 years ago! That's a great achievement for all who worked on the show, to have it still remembered and loved all these years later. Congrats to all! Does this mean I'm getting old? Ha! Jon

Sounds like you gt a defective copy. Just bring it back to the store you got it at and tell them some songs bleed together, they'll exchange it for another copy. I work in music retail, this type of thing happens from time to time

I loved the Swamp Years, and it's great to see it (or anything else from Henson) get recognized in a positive light.

In case anyone was wondering if they were out yet I went to a Macys today, in CT, and tne Kermit snowglobe was there, along with an ornament, which is very cool, that wasn't mentioned in the article. Didn't see the doll yet though, hopefully soon!

It's selling very well at the store I work at. We got in 7 copues on it's release day and two more shipments of seven since, and we're down to one copy left. And I keep playing it in the store for all to hear!

i work in music retail and a rep from WEA, the distributer of Rhino told me a few days ago if the cd sells well they may release a BOX SET (no kidding) of the first five movie soundtracks with bonus tracks (demos, alternate versions, etc.) on the discs. it was still a maybe. Also a follow up...

Carol S. is still Big Bird, Matt Vogel is his sucessor in training, after losing Jim and Richard Hunt I think the Henson and Sesame Street people realized it might be a good idea to get the younger puppeteers trained by the originals to keep the tranistion smoother
