I think it's a great idea to sell the bases separately. They won't be able to be individually configured for each figure but they could be cool. On the plus side, sometimes those configured pins pop out. Would you want them WITH the anniversary logo even after the anniversary is over or plain?

The kitchen is currently about 15% too large compared to the Chef. Expect a percentage reduction to occur in production to even that out. They were sculpted in two separate locations, hence the screw up. You are the first person to notice that though...GOOD EYE.

Unfortunately the costs and ultimately the SRP is volume related totally. If a TRU were to be on board, you can do it for less, because your overall volume increases and you get to amortize all your costs across a higher number. But the sad fact is that you can't know that right off the bat...

Here's a question. Why the assumption that a set of mini-figures would be cheaper than a Mega Muppet or a Playset? Maybe a simpler line like Simpson's, with the less complicated sculpts and simpler paint jobs can carry that, but I doubt it for Muppets. If we were to do a set of, say, six mini...
