Foz. Getting a TV show on the air isn't as simple as you seem to think. Neither EM.TV nor JHC are "to blame" for not accomplishing that - there are many possible reasons. Including the current TV and advertising market and the networks.
JHC would love to have a series going.

"Sheesh it's a Henson fansite, not the secret service." Perhaps I need to be clearer. JHC has requested employees don't make public comments on sites such as this. Any information, confidential or not, is a breach of that request. In short, reveal sources, sources disappear.

I am still here. I understand that people might want proof of the legitimacy of so-called 'insiders'. I'm sorry I have to protect my identity. I just pass on what I can. Anonymity protects my sources as well as me.

John Lovelady started working with Jim Henson in 1970 as a builder and sometimes as a performer. He performed in The Great Santa Claus Switch and also built some puppets for Sesame Street. After the first season of The Muppet Show, John and his family moved back to the States, but he did do some...
Disney and the Milne estate have a long and troubled history of ownership questions. My advice for legal reasons is to avoid using the Pooh characters.
My advice for creative reasons is to focus on an original project. It will be more satisfying, and if you ever did sell it, all the profits...
"Follow That Bird" and "Elmo's Adventures In Grouchland" are the only two Sesame Street films to have had a theatrical release.
There have been numerous specials over the years. Recent specials include "Elmopalooza" and "CinderElmo".

Don't hold your breath for the Bear movie. The draft I've heard about is a neat idea and does involve some locations, but Mitchell has other projects on at the moment.

Frank still works a couple of days a year on Sesame Street, doing as many inserts as he can.
He played Cookie Monster in the Letter of the Day segments in season 33. In a few of those, as Phillip mentioned, Frank also played Grover. In those shots, David played Cookie Monster.
I believe...
Bear was shot at Lifetime Studios in New York City. It's not in production, and doesn't look like it's coming back. There may be a movie at some point. Mitchell has a script floating round.

Beauregard. I'm glad you asked this. To submit a script, screenplay, idea and so on to a production company you would need to go through a registered agent. Any unsolicited material is returned or destroyed, unopened.
As an aside. Same goes for any ideas posted on forums or websites. No...
Yes, the Electric Mayhem had dialogue in the Snoop scene. There was also a lot of neat Muppet Theater stuff that had to be cut for time. Maybe someday it will see the light of day, who knows.
