How come puppeteers, as well as cartoons and such, have four fingers, instead of five? Wouldn't it be easier for the fingers when playing characters like Cantus, Ernie, and Rowlf?

Am I the only one who caught, on "My Name Is Earl" that Earl's best friend mentioned he collected the Palisades Muppet figures? Also, I think at one point, Earl's ex-wife said that his voice sounded like a gay Kermit.

Yeah, I figured this is what they're going to use the newly-hired puppeteers for. I wish them all the luck, and I hope they uphold the Muppets' repuatation.
