Club Dave sounds (to me) like a tropical resort club for some reason (I wonder why...?...) where the walls are decorated with little tikis featuring Dave's characters and the drinks are served in coco shells. (Not a bad place to be if you ask me :D )
Hehehe, that's silly! ;) <--- Hey there's that baby fraggle I've heard so much about. Wonder what his name is....
As for the color it should be something WILD and BRIGHT, like GOBO ORANGE in NEON. (Maybe that way, I'll actually be able to find it at the store when it comes out without it...
referring of course to Gobo's and Red's love child. There's nothing so odd about burnt umber (albeit a rather random color for the box set, but stranger things have happened, for example Gobo's and Red's lovechild being Scooter's twin...) Now why do I feel as though I've been going round in...
Let's see...
Fantastic fraggle moments, everybody! Keep 'em coming!
We all know that the whole episode of "Boober's Quiet Day" was basically histericalarious (In other words, so funny that it can't even fit in one word!) But here are the parts I found most funny:
When Mokey comes to ask...
Now that you fellas are showering...
Females, rally with me! Don't shower!
(Not gonna happen, but hey, just a suggestion. And besides, girls naturally smell good anyhow. :p)
Awwwwww, thanks! Now I feel justified in shouting Whoopie! Maybe I'll try the same thing on RHLC... I haven't been there yet.
Anyhow, I guess I'd best state here and now that my favorite muppet of ALL TIME is Boober Fraggle. I LOVE Boober. :flirt: He's so cute and small and funny and...
Whoa!
Someone THREW ME? Like, picked me up and lobbed me across the room/arena/wherever-the-heck-we-are?
Where was I for this?
...O yeah. I was temporarily dying... Hehe, must have been really out of it. :p
In all non-seriousness, don't worry about me! I get thrown all the time...
Whoopie! a Dave Goelz fan thing! Can I come too? Can I PLEEEEESE?
OK, I think I got a bit too into it. *Wipes feet without waiting for an answer and hops deftly through the door, tripping briefly over the doorjamb but landing in a neat reclining position on a conveniently placed cushion.
Ok, so we've got scary fraggle moments, we got painful fraggle moments...
But where's the focus on comedy? Fraggle Rock was, apart from being deep and meaningful, hysterical. So can we hear some funny Fraggle moments, please?
Here's one to get things going:
The first time I saw "Marooned"...
One time when I was like 4 my brother pushed me into the back of a sofa. My eyelid split (I still got the scar! hehe, like that's a big accomplishment!;) )
Good grief, its amazing the come-back this thread has made! :smirk: when I saw it earlier it was just a few posts. Smelliness is apparently a big issue with us muppet fans!;)
Kudos to all you shower fans out there!:)
