They're right; names do appear on the dogs' cages. Other names included Hodjii and Hap. Some of them were dogs from TMS, some from SS (with different eyes) and others were built for the movie.

    I believe it's 4063.

    I-Beam, Making Saxophones, etc.

I don't think any of them are available on DVD.

    Poor Solomon Grundy

Hey! I got a friend that calls themself "Chpoof" here, and I sent her a copy of the first episode. She posted a "Follow the Leader" clip on YouTube a while ago. Maybe I can ask her if she can put the cartoon on there! :excited:

    I-Beam, Making Saxophones, etc.

That's "My Polliwog Ways". After looking at his pictures, he imagines himself at a nightclub full of frogs, and he sings about his childhood. You can find it in show #2615.

Classic Sesame on Electric Company DVD's

I've read that the "Willy Wimple" song appeared (as for why it was on there I have no idea). And some people think that the silhouette songs came from SS as well (though it's possible they could've done a simplified version of it, but I've never seen that).

Does Anyone Remember The Letter People?

Maybe we could turn it into a thread that belongs here: What are some of the similarities that The Letter People shared with classic SS? :zany:

    "The Electric Company" on SesameWorkshop.com

I'd rather have a clip compilation; otherwise they'd probably just put the Noggin episodes on DVD.

    "The Electric Company" on SesameWorkshop.com

    No, I don't. Sorry. (And it's C-O-C-O. Thank you, TEC. :D )

    "The Electric Company" on SesameWorkshop.com

Sorry about that. It's a Flash site, and features a blog, trivia, downloads, and a list of videos and songs (that sound a bit different than the televised versions, at least the ones I've seen). It's so great that it's making a comeback, and hopefully there will be a new version of it by next...

    Is this Petey?

"Baby Baby Baby" was in show 2226, at a party for his first year on Sesame Street (and with Gordon and Susan).

Okay. By the way, have you checked the youtube.com thread yet? There's tons of great clips (the most recent one added was an early Grover sketch from 1969).

Dog City TV Series on DVD

So far, as far as the US goes, there aren't any plans of releasing the series yet. But I don't think there's any legal trouble; none of the classic Muppets appear on the show.
