That is wierd. In the Muppet Show, Dr.Teeth sat up high by the keyboard. Then Zoot was down off of the platform, then Floyd, then Janice, then Animal was on the platform on the left side of the screen with the drum. It seems that Teeth was always on the right, except for recently.
In...
Yeah, true. But then again, what other character could they have used to get Animal in there? They had Dave Goelz as Hunnydew, Hunt as Beaker, Henson as Kermit, Oz as Animal....meaning they needed one more performer and Jerry was the only one left.
By the way, nice picture Bear. That was...
See, I also dont feel Floyd was in much of the movies.
Muppet Movie, Floyd was in a 6-8 minute scene with the band when they met them and didnt appear again until towards the end.
Great Muppet Caper, Floyd and Lew Zealand were in a lot of this one.
Muppet Take Manhatten, Floyd only...
Zoot was a big player season one, but Floyd...not so much. Floyds season with the least episodes would be season one, because I believe he more than half of season 2.
I consider the Muppet Show main Muppets to be( in order of impotance)
Kermit
Fozzie
Piggy
Scooter
Statler and Waldorf
Rowlf
Gonzo
Crazy Harry, Pops, Robin, Uncle Deadly and Baskerville all were Nelson characters but probably appeared in 25 episodes or less (less for Harry and Deadly)
Well, you cant say Floyd was hardly used on the Muppet Show, because he was on it quite a bit, but he still wasnt a main character and only tended to appear when the band did in the episode, though he did have some backstage scenes and some starring episodes.
Yeah, he had Floyd, Robin, Lew Zealand, Camilla, Uncle Deadly, Baskerville, Crazy Harry and all kinds of muppets but no regulars.
On the Muppet Show Floyd was obviously his most main, but was probably only in around half of the episodes. The other characters he did only made a few...
Jim Hensons has Kermit, Waldorf and Rowlf. Frank Oz had Fozzie and Piggy. Richard Hunt had Statler and Scooter. Dave Goelz had Gonzo.
WHy didnt Jerry have a regular?
