That's our loveable twink! err..I mean Gofer. Im just so glad he's back and he had such a prominent role in the new film. That promo 2 minute interview with him was great too
I remember in the early to late 90's they always had live RHPS midnight showings with cast and audience participation...always wish I had gone, as they havent done it since. Now all those goths and geeks go to the Repo! one, but it doesnt seem the same
You'd hate Disneyland then, or pretty...
Just got them in the mail. AMAZING! I didnt bother getting the Kermit/Piggy package as those just looked off. Oh man, Sam Eagle is magnificant.
It's just a real shame, you look at these, fully articulated smaller scale Muppet figures and you wonder...why the heck can't Disney make a full line...
Oh I know, and I do feel the more muppet dvds available the better. If Studio DC gets more kids reintroduced to the Muppets thats a good thing. I just remember seeing both these specials and having a hard time enjoying them. I think it's just the writing and editing style employed with the...
I think that's why I never went to college. As I have seen the insane stress people go through coupled with the fact people rarely find work truly dealing with their degree...I guess the social aspect would have been my main reason for going, but I've always followed my own oddball path.
Aren't these Build-a-Bear shops simply where you stuff a premade design with cotton to varying results?
So basically, American kids get to pretend what it's like to be a Chinese or Burmese sweat shop worker making all the crap they sell at Disney, Target, Walmart etc...except, they get to go...
This whole "Studio DC" is almost worst than Muppet Wizard of Oz, an embarrassment that I hope never sees the light of day on dvd.
Seriously
Im surprised they even aired this.
That's what I mean. Not dsiware, wiiware, or other virtual downloads. Physical cartridges. I'd say the majority of DS games seem to be 2d, well at least 2/3. I think developers realized people want crisp 2d rather than ugly muddy N64 graphics
No a little convention in my town of Sacramento, but I had a more laid back random chat with Jhonen at Wondercon last year. Crazy that hes about my age and Ive been a huge fan since 1995
That Evolution cartoon, based off the 2001 flop actually looks kind of cool. Hey, it's actually animated unlike most the flash looking garbage on tv
I cannot STAND most of the typical Cartoon Network/Adult Swim style, that goes for a lot of the other stations. I see better looking flash videos...
I think he meant more of an evil German scientist type of villain. In the original Muppet show pilot, the pig that's obviously a Strangepork prototype kind of fills that role
I cant wait for Miyazaki to make a good film again:)
It's interesting as MTM is my #1 favorite Muppet movie, with The Muppets further down if I had to list favorites. I love the natural pacing of the original films, as it reminds me of modern indie films.
Only mainstream movies are adepts of this horrendous "modern"(ie: badly shot, ADHD style) If you saw my top ten list, youd know most of the best films are indie/indie-ish dramedys, dramas and comedys. As well as some foreign films.
Heck here's a beloved brand new movie in theaters that really...
