    The Old Cartoon Network Thread

Not only did the animation style almost have a Klasky-Csupo-esque look to it, but having Nika Frost and Nancy Cartwright among the voice cast also made it sound a little more like a Nicktoon as well.

On that subject, I remember watching an animation history video on YouTube discussing why cartoon characters wear gloves, and IIRC, it had something to do with so many of those really early cartoon characters being dark-colored, and it being too hard to see the individual fingers if they're all...

    The Old Cartoon Network Thread

One thing that was pretty unique about MIKE, LU & OG is that more often than not, they actually had original songs in a lot of episodes - whether it was a mood-setting song provided by some in-house band, or one of the characters singing a song relevant to the story during the end credits...

Apparently THE RESCUERS was going to be turned into a series, but when THE RESCUERS DOWN UNDER went into production, the series was reworked into CHIP N DALE: RESCUER RANGERS.

    1. Never thought about it. 2. I haven't been gagged, but I've been tied up for playground play once. I had to hop around because, well, I was tied up and couldn't walk, lol.

    The "You know what?" thread

Well, I agree, the G&E intro wasn't the best, but I kinda felt like the two shows complimented each other - much like Cow and Chicken and I Am Weasel. After the two were separated, it's like Evil ConCarne (which I thought was a particularly fun and quirky cartoon) really got the shaft, while...

The Worst CGI Kid Films In Recent Memory

I know the live action Grinch is something of a cult movie, but critics and Dr. Seuss' estate hated it. After the live action Cat in the Hat, Dr. Seuss' estate prohibited his books and specials from being adapted into live action remakes ever again.

I also enjoyed all of the above shows . . . except when PPG became overrated because CN treated it like its anchor show . . . and I prefered Billy and Mandy when it was part of GRIM & EVIL.

The Worst CGI Kid Films In Recent Memory

Because the live action Grinch was considered a trainwreck and a disaster, so they're probably wanting to make up for ti . . . I wouldn't be surprised if we ended up getting a CGI Cat in the Hat movie to make up for that live action version that people hate even more the the live action Grinch.

EEE was huge when it first came out . . . I don't remember why, but there was so much hype behind it when it first came out. I was in Grade 4 when it was coming, and I still remember those old promos vividly (except for the Jimmy one at the end). . . . I remember before they started having...
