I wrote about this on my blog recently: while I think it's amazing to see what the Kroffts can do when they have actual budgets to work with, and there's quite a cinematic quality to their current work that was seriously lacking back in their olden days, at the same time, a big part of their...
You'd think, but therein lies another problem: networks will see how much they can churn out for as little money as possible, and no one knows more about this than Sid & Marty Krofft, considering the millions of dollars it cost to produce their shows, and the networks would only budget them a...
Well, consider this: most TV shows - particularly animated shows - are often mass-produced like sausage factory assembly line, they have to look where they can to cut corners to churn out what they can in a short amount of time, whereas I'm sure the original YouTube videos had the luxury of...
As I said, if only we had more production resources in this town, which, considering is a very artsy town with a relatively good sized community of indie filmmakers and producers, you'd think would be a possibility, but I guess not. :P
D.C. gets to be in the 60s today in June, what makes them so special? And how come they're now always cooler than us when they've historically been warmer than us?
Make sure you haven't accidentally turned on anything you don't want running, like your data plan or wifi if you're using one over the other. Also make sure your jack isn't clogged with dust or lint and crap.
Cryin' shame the TV industry couldn't have given a TV show to a YouTube character who is actually fun to watch, a YouTube character who transcends multiple demographics, a YouTube character who's appealing and lovable, a YouTube character who could expand beyond the limitations of the YouTube...
Both Annoying Orange and Fred originated as YouTube shows. Why CN and Nick gave them TV shows is beyond me.
To be fair, Annoying Orange started out as one of those things where you couldn't not look, but it got really old really fast - especially when they began just rehashing older videos and...
I was going to say that as well, but knew @Oscarfan would offer the customary, "What would be the point of doing something so technical for such a short bit?" response, so ehh.
Don't they do 35 now?
Clearly a repeat, but can I just say I've never heard of using corn syrup as part of bubble-making mix? Just water and soap as far as I've heard.
But hey, I like how Alan and Chris are like a pair of flamboyant and overly perky gameshow hosts throughout the whole Bubble Fest. However, I kind of...
My guilty pleasure movie is 13 GOING ON 30. Yeah, I know it's a romcom and a chick-flick, but it's got a really good cast (Jennifer Garner, Mark Ruffalo, Judy Greer, Andy Serkis), and of course if you like 80s culture, the movie's chock full of it.
As soon as I read it was a British comedy, that explained it: they really have an incredibly dirty, crude, and lewd sense of humor, lol. And . . . that sounds like the kind of movie I'd expect from Sacha Baron Cohen and Rebel Wilson.
I received a package in the mail today, a new arts-n-crafts tool that I swear I have been wishing could be a real thing for years, and now it finally is: a hole-puncher that can punch in the shape of tiny little leaves! Needless to say, I'm going to be using it to make a whole new mess of fall...
While I agree the texture of oatmeal can be a bit unpleasant, the flavor can actually be really good if you add a little butter, some brown sugar, and a handful of raisins.
