Well yeah, I mean don't forget, when SS was originally conceived, it was inspired by the ghettos of Harlam, and for all intents and purposes, SS was ghetto in the 70s: run-down buildings, trash all over sidewalk, traffic sounds in the background, etc.
The layouts of Hooper's Store and the Fix-It Shop don't make sense with the exterior of the building: in Hooper's case, there's a single booth in a corner of the store where the door to Bob's apartment would be on the outside. The Fix-It Shop has a similar corner that would likewise be where...
I think so. Honestly, I always bring my own items to get signed (same with meeting the Sesame cast last October), so I don't pay too much attention to what they have, but that's usually about it.
Sometimes they have additional items you can buy as souvenirs. Bob McGrath had a number of CDs, and...
Yeah, he had some 8x10s on his table of his characters and such (you can see Kermit and Rizzos hanging up on the fabric wall behind us in our picture).
I haven't heard his performances as those characters except for an example of his Herry Monster, and it sounds a lot like Jerry's Herry, but with a slighy speech impediment, for whatever reason - not quite to the extent of Baby Bear's, but it's still noticable.
Ernie and Bert have been appearing more in off-show material, like YouTube videos, commercials, and the like. We may start seeing a little more of them now that Peter Linz is Ernie's new full-time performer.

So since there's a new movie coming out called UNCLE DREW, I keept commenting that I expect 90s kids would think of a Bob Hope-esque Tasmanian devil who likes to go on road trips with his brother and nephew to buy orange juice when hearing that name . . . and apparently nobody gets my reference.
I'm just surprised any girl would want to hook up with the creep, but it's Hailey Baldwin, so, I dunno. . . .
Everybody's more worried about how Selena Gomez is taking the news rather than the actual engagement itself.
And that reminds me of that article that came out shortly afterwards, claiming SS was racist for depicting a young Latina (presumably college-age) working multiple jobs, which is bull, because there's plenty of young white people out there working five or more jobs to get by as well: it's called...
