I know, but the so-called medical experts and such keep flip-flopping on them being good for you, and being bad for you. Like right now, milk is "bad for you," because they say it messes up your digestive system.

140 over 80 used to be considered very good. But then again, it's kind of like certain food items keep going back and forth between being good for you and being bad for you, like eggs, milk, fish, etc.

Actually, that used to be a healthy range, but for whatever reason, it's now considered "too high" as well.

I'm tellin' ya, it's shrunken. Not only that, but it's also actually cropping the video a little too around the edges, much like how really old CRT TV monitors would do.
