Something I whipped up based on a Discord conversation. . . .

I did this as an animated GIF, so you have to pay attention to see all of the dance partner's different corny and punny pick-up lines.
Not to mention Joey came in as a writer as well.
And yeah, I think Rick was among the many performers throwing shade at Steve last year, strongly imply that Steve often threw him under the bus, and was responsible for him getting fired from SS.
Yeah, Marty's another good example of moving up really quickly (and I think that was one of the reasons Richard initially resented him).
What gets me though is that Marty's involvement with Henson was far broader than it ended up becoming: he's pretty much SS-exclusive now, but I remember way...
True, but their moving up was a far more gradual process, as they've both been with SS since the 90s, but it's only been within the last decade or so that they've been getting more prominent roles in performances and behind the scenes.
It was messy. They had been in the process of disconnecting it from YouTube accounts these past few years, though unfortunately, in the process, a lot of YouTube comments got lost to time because of it.
Fine with me.
The only reason Google+ was even a thing to begin with was because Google wanted to top Facebook at being the biggest social media service on the internet.
I have a partiality for this one. As a tot, my parents had a bunch of laser discs (for you lil kids out there, they were giant DVDs before DVDs were invented), one of which was this very special, and it was one I watched frequently.
So this is something that's been intriguing me for years now, but it's only been recent discussions that have prompted me to make a thread about it. At any rate, something I've noticed about certain performers within the Henson organization - regardless of what they worked on (SS, TMS, FR...
Here's something we can all keep in mind: Caroll may not be able to make it to Season 50, but even before anybody even thought about a Season 50 - even before anybody thought about a Season 40, he said he wanted to stick with it until he physically could no longer . . . and he did. In fact, he...
But that's what Jim intended for the characters to be: not necessarily canon characters, but rather, a troupe of actors/performers that just happen to be puppets.
IIRC, there was an interview with Ken Kwapis sometime back about how he got called onto direct FTB, and I think he mentioned being brought in to replace Landis.
This pretty much sums it all up for me right here. I don't even know what to make of it so far with a seemingly ridiculous title and plot like that . . . but it sounds like we're in for a treat with it, I guess.
Not necessarily holiday (just using that as an example), but I mean, I can definitely imagine hearing a score like this in some kind of special or TV movie from that time period.
Perhaps, but the way I figure it, I think we could argue they were at least prototypes . . . well, the purple and the pumpkins being prototypes for Chrissy and Rockin' Richard . . . but again, this could be argued.
Now for another one: so, I know this music comes from the Pokemon anime, but am...
So, about "Good Morning Starshine" . . . am I the only one who thinks "Chrissy" (assuming that is Chrissy, or a reasonable facsimilie) looks like a sad and hungry dog of some kind, looking pitifully over Bob's shoulder, hoping he'll give him (or her, given Caroll used his female voice) something...
