Well I get the impression that if a show (kid or adult) starts laying on the cameos it's a sign that they're concerned about their ongoing on air status.

Finally got to see this, loved Miss Piggy's interactions with the judges, lol. And it was also nice to see how familiar the contestants were with the Muppets. :)

Yeah that almost felt like one last gasp of that non-humor in the previous Muppet films (and I suspect studio mandated). Thankfully it was brief and hopefully it was the last, lol.

How true that is. Just demonstrates why fans were so happy with The Muppets (2011), despite its tiny flaws. :)

And as disturbing as the nightmare was, it was still more thought provoking than the movie. ;)

I had an evil Muppet dream after watching that IAVMMC movie and it was so disturbing I don't think I could ever repeat it to anyone, lol.

I think At the Dance was sort of a tribute to the TV show Laugh In(1967-1973). Good show, but sort of hit or miss humor. You saw more of that kind of humor in the Muppet Show's first season and I personally am glad they moved on for the most part, lol. Though to be fair some of the At the Dance...

I like physically having the item too, the problem is financial restraints and the planned obsolescence on the DVD/Blu Ray issue. It's all very manipulative.
