Well, it's not like I can't let go of anything, I was asking out of genuine curiosity, because I know it seems like almost every social media platform has some form of limitations that are imposed unless your account meets certain requirements.

Well again, not just them, but also like companies and such (like I mentioned, Kellogg's being one of them).

Does your Twitter account have to meet certain requirements in order for celebrities or other verified accounts to actually see your tweets to them? The reason I ask is because whenever I treat to any of these accounts, none of them ever respond: I don't remember how many times I've tweeted to...
