I really hope that these movies will be in widescreen or else I'm definitely not buying them. I long to see Muppet Christmas Carol and Muppet Treasure Island in widescreen.
Wow! I just noticed that that's what's missing with Fozzie in the first season: his "Wocka wocka!" I KNEW there was something different about him (besides the look of course)
Hey that's cool, can you take any pics? I wanna see! :)
I have my Electric Mayhem set up as if they're playing. I have Dr. Teeth on the keyboard kinda front and center, then to the left (when you're looking at it) I have Lips playin' his trumpet and omgcnfo.com Animal holding his bass drum...
Yeah I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with political correctness. It wouldn't make sense since Crazy Harry is there blowin' stuff up all the time!
Ah ok thanks for clearing that up. I just can't understand Lord of the Rings being considered "geeky" whereas I CAN see how people would consider Star Wars/ Star Trek "geeky" (and I AM a big Star Wars fan lol)
Hmm tough choice. While I'd really like to have all the episodes uncut, I think the bonus features like the pitch reel and the pilot are great, as well as the Muppet Morsels.
Still... it would be a great idea to have a separate disc with BOTH pilots on it and then uncut seasson episodes...
Oooo! A new theme instead of using "Hey A Movie!" And look! The Pepe bonus clip is back up!
The latest Statler and Waldorf was good (they all have been IMO) and it's such a great little thing they do. I love it!
I was hoping they would review the Muppet Show Season 1, that would've been...
Well I FINALLY got my Muppet Show Season 1 set in the mail today from amazon! (took 'em long enough didn't it?)
It's awesome. So far I've watched (in this order) the Muppet Pitch Reel, the gag/promo reel, Sex and Violence, and the first episode. It's all really great! The menus are so...
I like the Twilight Zone!
Here are a few of my favorite episodes:
"To Serve Man" when the aliens come and they help out mankind but at the end the woman's like "'To Serve Man'! It's a cook book!" It's my all-time favorite episode of the Twilight Zone
my second favorite is the one with...
1. who are your top five favorite/ least favorite figures?
Top five (not including exclusives): Swedish Chef, S5 Gonzo, Johnny Fiama, Rizzo, and Lips
Least favorite: Miss Piggy, Usher Scooter, Bunsen, Kermit, S2 Gonzo (whew that was hard, even the ones that weren't my favorites were still...
The new cover art looks pretty good! And I too hope that they keep the animated menus. I remember when I first got Muppet Treasure Island and popped in the disc and have Gonzo and Rizzo pop up on the menu! It was awesome!
I'd never seen Muppet's Tonight! so I really wanna see that. I'd also love to see The Muppets Celebrate Jim Henson on DVD 'cause my tape of it is so old and missing the beginning. I'm really hoping for an un-edited version of Muppet Family Christmas and John Denver and the Muppets: Rocky...
Well.. now I REALLY want Muppets' Wizard of Oz on DVD!
(Of course, I wanted to own it in the first place, but now I REALLY do!)
Who does Janice's voice? Brian Henson?
I would've definitely bought those! I don't have any of the other minis besides the Muppet Christmas Carol ones but I would've definitely bought the Electric Mayhem ones (or at least Zoot and Floyd to put in my collection in place of the absent action figures)
