I don't think your intention is to gossip, but again that's usually what these things turn into.
All I can say is please keep in mind not everyone expressing themselves or communicates in the same way. Maybe it doesn't always keep the forum "nice and clean" but I personally can live with that...
Sheesh, these users are not trolls, I think we are all a little spoiled here and don't realize what bad users truly look like. If a post bugs me I ignore it. Sorry guys but these threads just end up being gossip sessions and I can't participate.
Lol, I might have liked that better actually. I'm sorry I never liked the father, he was just too goofy.
I think the three servants are really the only characters I loved in B&B.
Well I think initially he's curious to see what Belle's reactions to all this would be. I mean she could have just listened to her father and saved herself (which is what the Beast is expecting).
As far as I can tell, my parents liked both of them.
For my part I saw nothing of Reeve in Superman Returns. It was laughable to call that a sequel, lol.
Are you referring to the original films or Superman Returns (I lost track, lol)? If you mean the originals, I understand. Gene Hackman...
Well I agree that no matter what, there would be fans who complain. I really don't have much respect for the canon Nazi, nitpicking fans anymore. Shatner said it right, they need to get a life, lol.
I wasn't amazed by Man of Steel. It really could have been a lot better. Cavill and Shannon are...
It's been my experience Retellings are a rare breed in Hollywood. New projects might start out hoping to be Retellings, but they usually end up as Remakes in the end.
In general I don't get excited for remakes, lol. Not that I think the original Carrie is perfect, its storytelling is kinda sloppy (though there's still a lot of great moments). But I don't expect the obligatory remake to improve anything, they just so rarely do. Still it will be interesting to...
Well I got to read some of it in the book store today. I have to admit one particular story nearly made me cry and I don't mean that flipantly. It's just all very enlightening concerning Jim's relationship with the performers, especially Richard Hunt. Jim had a challenge in balancing friendship...
If it were written well like say Golden Girls, I could see it being successful. A hot guy roommate hanging out with them would have a totally different dynamic than BBT though. I find that less believable and potentially emotionally painful. Still I guess that's what makes good drama.
Yeah that would all be awesome. I get the impression Eric Idle didn't really care about the Transformers stuff (no reason he would I guess) but Weird Al's rendition was also a lot of fun. One of the more intrigiuing episodes of Animated for me.
Aw thanks! Of course, you guys are already my friends. :) I don't know, I just think my friend and I are both going through a lot of stress and nonsense in life and it's seeping over into our interactions if that makes sense.
It's getting to the point where I'm afraid I'll have to cut off a ties with a friend who is proving very toxic. We still have good times, this person can also be a very good friend, but it's just not working out. I don't know what to do. I wish I wasn't so afraid of being alone.
