Oh no big deal, it's just interesting. In my town Trick or Treating pretty much starts when school ends around 3pm and people still stop by as late as 9 or 10pm (teenagers obviously).

I think you've nailed it. If they thought posters were the most important marketing outlets, they would put more effort into them. They clearly think posters are old hat.

Sometimes it helps to have a stricter routine at night that prepares you for bed. I find when I stay up too late it's more time that I end up overthinking the day and getting myself anxious.
Actually yes, kinda. I got to ask an actor I liked a question on Facebook, about being nervous at auditions. He said to remember there's nothing wrong with being nervous and that so much of it is out of your hands. When you realize that it takes a lot of the pressure off.

I definitely remember this film, it was shown constantly when I was a kid. I always kinda liked the teacher's no-nonsense attitude, lol. The kids were probably used to him being all sarcastic like that.
