I just found myself being choked up by Robin The Frog singing his version of "Someone To Watch Over Me" from the Merisa Berenson episode of The Muppet Show.
How about you?
Since season 3 featured the Purina Dog Chow commercials with Rowlf & Baskerville, It would be nice for season 4 to include the Claussen's Bread and McGarry's Sausage commercials that featured Kermit & Mack.
I'd like to see the Muppet Screen Test with :) & :o that Jim & Frank made before shooting The Muppet Movie!
That would make a great Bonus Feature for Season 4! ;)
HAPPY BIRTHDAY FRANK!
Thank you so much for being one of the people who made The Muppets Funny!
Thank you for making us laugh with your humor from your Muppet characters.....
Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear, Animal, Sam Eagle, Marvin Suggs, George The Janitor, Frank (from The Country Trio), Bert...
It would be nice to have Audio Commentaries on selected episodes by Dave Goelz and Steve Whitmire. They both worked on season 4 of The Muppet Show. :)
If Jerry Nelson was able to do commerntaries too that would be awesome! :sing:
Don't forget about the Vincent Price episode too!
I know Vincent Price was in season 1 but what would Halloween be with out the VP episode?
We should all watch the VP and AC episodes of The Muppet Show every Halloween! :)
I was just watching Bobby Benson's Baby Band from the Elke Sommer episode and I was wondering, Do ya think they used real toy instruments in the recording studio to record the BBBB songs?
The music really sounds like it was played by toy instruments. I enjoy the BBBB music and I laugh at the...
Here is a list of my favorite musical momments from the 3rd season of The Muppet Show! :)
1. "She Was One of the Early Birds" by Gonzo (from the Leo Sayer episode)
2. "I Don't Wanna Set the World on Fire" by The Singing Firemen (from the Roy Clark episode)
3. "Witch Doctor" by Marvin Suggs &...
In the Purina Dog Chow commercials, I noticed that Jim Henson gave Baskerville a voice that kinda sounded like a goofy sounding Kermit voice. I love those commercials, I just felt like bringing that up. :) :sympathy:
I love the new Season 3 DVD set!
Lets see, I'm not gonna hold my breath on them but here are my ideas for Bonus Features for future The Muppet Show season 4 DVD set.
1. "A Frog Is Born" feature
2. More interviews from the "Company of Players" feature
3. "Tales of Tinkerdee"
4. Audio Commentaries on selected episodes by...
Those Puria Dog Chow commercials were AWESOME!
It also would have been nice to see more interviews from the Company of Players feature. Maybe they'll show more for the future seasons 4 and 5 sets. ;)
I like the music that plays in the Bonus Feature disc menue. I always loved that little...
After seeing the Merisa Berenson episode (for the first time) I gotta say that I LOVE the song by Robin in the UK bit! It was SO BEAUTIFUL!
Robin AKA Jerry Nelson has a beautiful singing voice!
Oh ok. You're right, Kermit & Fozzie should be together more often! They're the best Muppet team!
But ya know, With Fozzie on the cover of the 3rd season DVD I'm sure we'll be seeing more of him with Kermit on TV shows for the next few weeks. They're still suppose to be on The View on May...
