The prices to have the protos down is totally different from them being produced in China.So the prototypes are made, and then they have to get the costings for it to be reproduced in China. Bryan did say he was hoping to get that done by the time of D23, so it shouldnt be too far away.

I have studied the picture of the head, and the right eye is stuck over the sphere(it is bigger).

I tried to get a kermit interview about a year ago.It was refered to an outside Publicity agency and was turned down.I wish you better luck!

That circular sphere is the size of the eye position recesses, so I would think that it is what the eyes attach to, to put the eyes on or off to change the eye lid color or repair.So the eyes would be counter sunk at the back so they can fit over the ball.

I got her from Dreamcastle Dolls in Texas.The dealer has responded that Tonner used to put in a booklet, but stopped when production costs went up.Apparently, 1000 isnt that limited for Tonner, unless it is around 300-400 or a trade show exclusive.

Strange that this post vanished! My First mate Piggy arrived today and I was surprised that it didnt come with any paper work what so ever...No Warranty card, no COA, no product story or numbered edition. Is this normal for Tonner products?:confused:

It doesnt even work when I go by youhide.com. It goes to a text only Disney page. Could Disney have finally out smarten youhide? They should just make the muppets site international.After all, they are trying to make more awareness, but it wont help by just keeping them domestic.

I beleive the Price announcement is the news that Bryan was saying(read post 603) that prices have sky rocketed in Asia, along with higher production costs as fewer are being made, so they will be more expensive than the MR prices.But, no, there hasnt been an actual price announced.
