All that I can think of to raise both arms at the same time is to have internal wires in both arms and have them linked to each other with string, and then another string tied to that that goes down.When you pull that, both arms go up.Is that what you are after, or do you want something set up...

I agree 100%.I was hoping that Steiff would make something special about their kermit, but it isnt better than a Nanco plush.

Images of the final revised Kermit Steiff are starting to come through on ebay. In a few ways, I think the first prototype was better! this one, the mouth is too open, his pupils look too big, and his arms appear to small.Also the texture of the material doesnt look as good either.
