She is in between the Rooster and Mahna Mahna. I cant make much out of her, apart from she has a piggy type bust line.Looks like she might have red hair and her complexion might be a pink or yellow.I cant make her out properly.

Crazy Chris, you really have two different projects happening now under the Muppet show project, so are you going to post them to different blogs or websites or maybe change the name of the blog to reflect the two projects, such as Muppets and Fraggle Project BlogSpot?
