Thanks Count, I'm getting a clearer picture now. But I'm still curious; why did Northern Calloway the actor leave the show? And with such a great voice, I'd hope he went on to do other things, if so: what?
Beth! Why do I feel we don't see you around here nearly as much as we should! Anyways, I guess I shoulda' done this in the first place;
• Click on the name of the Muppet(s) avatar you want.
• Drag yer' mouse over the image.
• If yer' a Window's user: Right click, Save Target As and download...
Excellent, I wanted to start a thread about some questions I had, but this works out great. There are lots of very knowledgeable Sesame Streeters (is that even a word?) that I admire here; so please don't find me ignorant, it's just I was always a huge TMS fan and while I still love SS, I didn't...
While I never met them: my Aunt works with Gary Talent's sister (Gary Talent is the bass player for Bruce Springsteen's E Street band) and my grandmother was good friend's with Jack Nicholson's parents.
First of all, I think it's so cool you were a back-up puppeteer on MFS, that's awesome. Second, you have the right to voice yer' opinions, but yes; I'm to understand this is a popular website for members of the JHC to look at as a feedback program, maybe you can ask Phil to change your user name...
I'm a member of another forum at a site called GTAgaming.com, and they have their forums set up through edgeforums.net
Anyway, they have a cool feature where if you don't have yer' own avatar; they have lots you can select from. They have Disney characters, PIXAR characters, etc. but they...
I love Dr. Teeth, mainly because he was one of Jim's; but also, he kinda' reminds me of my Dad. Sadly, I have to admit that while I love Animal, he can be really annoying. :D :halo:
Hmm, I think I agree with you on the Greener Kermit, he's almost electric green, kinda' neon. I'm glad someone else feels the same about Gonzo, I'm not crazy! And now that I look at it, yes; Bunsen's nose is larger. I guess the question is; "Are these intentional changes? Or just imperfections...
Mumanshans... Moomenshunts... muhmeanshintz... whatever, the episode itself was good, but they were so... words escape me.
Almost everyone else everyone has listed is kinda' surprising to me, especially Mark Hamil! I love that episode! And Sly too, James Coburn, Elton John, all spectacular...
Released in theaters? Not a "for television" release? That'd be nice if they had a big movie budget.
That'd be awesome, maybe even go the route of the Muppet Monster's video game and bring back Jerry Nelson to perform Robin as the lead.
Ah, thank you! Sorry I didn't know, I've only been to one Broadway play (Phantom) :o
I know someone who met Mickey Dolans in a Men's room. He went to shake his hand and Mickey wasn't really thrilled to shake hands in a men's bathroom. My friend realized his folley and apologized.
I just...
This topic has been discussed before and I love hearing peoples thoughts and studies on Muppet evolution. There was a thread noticing that Piggy's nose seems to have gotten bigger, here are some of the things I've noticed:
* Kermit lately seems to have a lot of extra skin, look in MFS...
Nice, this is a cool thread, HPDJ.
Well, Hulk Hogan accidently knocked me over when I was coming out of The Haunted Mansion at Disney World; I'd be surprised if anyone here knew who The Canadian Brass are, but I met them and had a great long discussion with one of my all time favorite trumpet...
Understanding the movement of this thread, and if you didn't already read it, or I wasn't clear; I'd once again like to publicly apologize to MWoO (and BEAR too I believe as his post seems to indicate I may have offended him as well) and say I'm glad youse' guys are here at MC.
