I did a voice comparison and I hear the voice being more similar to Caroll's female voices than Frank's.

I actually really dislike the album version of "Mad!"
I like that Little Jerry sounds more angry and Moss' bass voice is more smooth (and it's an early instance we hear Cerf's vocals), but ugh.... I can't stand Caroll Spinney's whiney girly voice in that version. :grouchy:
