Originally the Piggy figure was going to come with the Swinetrek in series 4. However, during the past few months according to Ken the playset schedule has changed with two playsets per year. Unfortunately that also meant that the Swinetrek and First Mate Piggy was delayed too until next fall...

Scott, More than likely, it is because there is a limited number of Zoot repaints and those they have are likely already reserverd.

They did show the actual animated video clip of this during Sesame Street Live: Everyone Makes Music.

If I could have two megas, Janice and Pepe would be at the top of my list. I think Palisades may be a little surprised at how well the regular Janice figure goes over. If we are talking new sculpts Sweetums as a mega would fit in very nicely with the regular figures.
