The full bodied Kermit and Piggy costumed characters still appear in the "Stars in Motor Cars" parade daily in MGM, so they're not completely retired. Interestingly enough though; the painted backdrop of a gazaebo in Springtime that was used for the Muppet costumed photo op is still there.

With respect to Luke and this thread; I think the lack of responses to it are a sign of the times. And that sign is the slowly and very sad realization and acceptance that the Muppets really aren't what they used to be. When IAVMMC came out, anyone who said anything bad about it here was...
THAT... was hillarious. Stewie's comment made me sigh, but otherwise, the animation of Kermit flailing his arms and running away made me laugh so hard I cried.
I totally agree with you on Crusaders. Best one. It was actually Temple that was the first one I saw and got me hooked. Indy is Harrison Ford's BEST character. And does anyone know if the fourth Indy film rumors are true? Are they really currently making another starring Harrison Ford and Sean...

It's funny, because when I saw the title of this thread and after having sat through the mind numbing 3 hour obsequious rant where everyone in Hollywood thought they needed to butter themselves up even more, I thought; do we really need another category? (What the heck is a Live Action Short...
