Something that I'd like to ask...
My friend and I sat through the credits, with Fozzie's little interruptions. I thought there were supposed to be two "In Memory Of" credits at the very end, one for Jerry Nelson and another for Jane Henson. Yet, my friend said he didn't see such honors. Is...
Saw the movie last night and I absotively posolutely loved it!
The one quibble I have that knocks it down from "perfect" to "great" is the ruining of the wedding ending in what others here might call the "typical namby-pamby non-commital frog" Yes, it does allow for Piggy to unequivocally know...
And if it does we'll immediately delete that jerk... Or ridicule them like the Warner siblings in a very clever fanfic I found/read yesterday.
Also... I saw the movie already! Just need to get my ticket stub photo for the Muppet Mindset's raffle-type contest.
The only people I know who actually enjoy eating their own words are the members of King Azaz's court.
:insatiable: Me rather eat cookies instead.
:excited: Or radish bars.
Or a toasted crunchy peanut butter sandwich with plenty of pickles in it. What. I like peanut butter and pickles...
*Returning back from the movie, all laughing at bits and pieces.
That was a good movie. And what a nice surprise to find you at the organ during the wedding scene Uncle D.
UD: Yes, a small role, but at least I had my spot. *Smiles.
And Robin did show up, my friend said, after :shifty: delivers...
Downstairs, the residents of Apt 1 get bathed and dressed, readying themselves to head on out to the Rainbow Connection cinema at the HV Mall where they'll watch the premiere of Muppets Most Wanted tonight.
*Hopes to have good news regarding the wedding finale for Aunt Ru when we return.
Why... Do you need a monkey-wrench? At the moment, alls I have is the Muppet pipe wrench :) presented Jimmy Fallon. But I know where you could get a monkey-wrench, jack-hammer, hack-saw and even a drill sergeant to whip your tools into shape.
*Whip not actually included.
Was watching Faceoff, a series on the Scyfy Channel (stupid name change). The makeup monster maker competitors had to create their versions of never-before seen monsters from the jungles of Loompaland as mentioned in Charlie and The Chocolate Factory by Roll Dahl. The last female competitor...
*Is waiting for the next installment because noone makes Robin go through what he may or may not be going through without facing the consequences. :fanatic:
The only news I'm interested in out of Pixar is the potential clinging hope for their untitled Día de Los Muertos movie released in November 2016 if they stick to their porjected two-movie per year plans.
So... Cars will become a trilogy, we have Monsters Incorporated and University, Finding...
Heh, that was fun. Wonder why Phillip didn't post a TV Alert thread about :hungry:'s appearance on The Chew today.
:insatiable: Mr. Chef makes good meatballs.
Yeah, you just have to be specific with how much all-spice you want or he'll think you want "all" the spice.
UD: The added appearance...
The first part of Kermit's segment just aired. He presented Jimmy with a Muppet pipewrench for those famous NBC Muppet pipes and then presented a clip from the movie where they're going over the booked vvenues in Germany.
Ah, Poopenberg, the new fart shoes joke.
And Kermit sang "(It's Not...
We're staying up to see Kermit.
The Chew is usually on at 1 PM EST, so apply that to your own time zone or TV schedule.
*Uncle Deadly serves up some bowls of Irish cream coffee ice cream as we get comfy in front of the skullevision for the frog.
*looking forward to watching Kermit on tonight's Tonight Show. BTW: Kathy, you know :hungry: will be on the Chew tomorrow? It's part of meatball mania, so I'd expect him to bring his tennis racket to serve some bincy-bouncy-burgers.
:insatiable: catches a lobbed meatball in his open mouth...
Good start, but you should rully check your work before hitting "Post" Two "that of"'s that could have been avoided... But still, I enjoyed the banter between the medical drama's actors and nice reference to one of our fave long-running novels. Intrigued as to what will happen at this Milan...
@D'Snowth:
Could the Quotes thread have been locked/closed? Yes... Except I no longer have the power to do so. Or rather, each time I try to use that Mod Option it doesn't really work.
