    Disney Show (I can't remember)

I remember there was a Winnie the Pooh show like that and a Dumbo one too, only Dumbo was the only regular character on his show, all the others were newer. There was a Koala as the ring leader, an ape played the Kaliopi, a mangy cat was like the janitor and there was a female tight rope walker...

    Your Thoughts: Authentic Kermit Replica

I apologize if I offended anyone, I suppose I should give them more credit, perhaps he looks better "in person" then the pictures.

    Your Thoughts: Authentic Kermit Replica

If you look at that pic in Phil's article halfway down in comparison with all the other Kermit's through the years, I've always believed that (body not withstanding) the Fisher Price plush from '81 (the one in the trench coat and hat) is the best likeness ever. Not even Palisades were able to...

I think I've got a pretty good idea...

I definitely agree with you Jon about the health meter/bar on a Muppet. With the exception of Piggy, no Muppet is actually associated with fighting, even Animal is more of an intimidation factor then brutality, while he'll brawl with someone, you don't necessarily get a "fighting" vibe, he's...

Any Twisted Toyfare Theatre fans in here???

I L:flirt:VE Wizard magazine (I have a subscription, YAY!) and Twisted Mego Theatre is one of the funniest things going. I haven't picked up a Toyfare recently, but I think I may have the issue with the Muppets at home. If I do, I'll post it here. EDIT: Does anyone know if Toyfare ever did a...

I think I've got a pretty good idea...

IS, I really like that idea, kinda' like Pooh's world of mini-games from the first KH. I really think this would work well because it seems NOBODY knows what to do with the Muppets. The previous Muppet video games just weren't on the right track (except for Party Cruise, that had potential I...

    Your Thoughts: Authentic Kermit Replica

Great review, Phil. You made a great argument about MR creating Kermit as he looks today vs. in the 1970's, and you addressed the "fat head" vs. "hand puppet" look of :) ... Still... especially after seeing the amazing prototype for Gonzo, this still looks like a $200 doll to me that could...

I think I've got a pretty good idea...

I loved the movie too, and granted there couldn't be much of the level based on the ride, but maybe a tribute or two. And yer' right about Timon, it wasn't Nathan Lane, it was James Arnold Taylor, who seems to be a pretty accomplished voice actor.
