Since it was brought up today, I can happily say I’m looking forward to Disney’s live action adaption of The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
I instantly started singing “Out There” and swaying in my room when I heard about it. :P
I always found them to be more goofy than scary.
But I can understand why people are scared of them with their wild appearences.
And I’m never gonna forget my own snowman clown dream. :concern:
To be honest, as someone who loved the original cartoon adaption, I’m quite honestly looking forward to this. :D
And hey - maybe Disney will stick more towards the original novel this time (not to say that was an issue for me in the 1996 film, though).
But guys, let’s be honest. This was bound...
Parents who let their kids run around and cause a disturbance in a public area and just let it slide.
It’s really annoying. I’m in the library trying to read my One Piece manga while my house is being re-painted and some little kid just keeps yelling out stupid **** at the top of their lungs...
Honestly I gave it a fair chance when it first premiered and already decided it wasn’t for me.
I’m just disgusted that it’s now become a cash cow for Cartoon Network.
Side note, but on the other hand, that show has really proven just how immature hardcore 90’s kids are: complaining it “ruined”...
I mean, given that Sesame Workshop has shown little to no interest in releasing any of the skits, it kind of makes sense that they were phased out quickly.
No, I totally get that too. I think why they also feel that way is because they also don’t want to see the risk of this thread being deleted, and erasing any evidence that we ever talked about Steve’s firing in the first place.
@DarthGonzo while I do understand the points you mentioned of people unhappy remembering that Steve was fired, I think another reason people have been trying to avoid this thread is because of its past history.
Let’s not forget - this thread literally caused huge wars and actually showed some...
Pretty much what Thunder said.
Here’s something i’ve learned. Part of what makes something good is when the owner actually cares and listens to what their crew has to say.
A good boss makes a good job. A good admin makes a good website. Let me tell you. Back when the state of the world thread...
Such a shame. I loved seeing her performances on Sesame Street and the Muppet Show.
On the other hand, the fact that she was able to make it to the age of 97 is a blessing. Not everyone gets that privilege in life, unfortunately.
