So, I watched the “Let’s Eat: Funny Food and Songs” video for the first time, and while I understand the video was to promote healthy eating and trying new foods, I can’t help but notice Grover just felt SUPER out of character in this video.

First of all, that wasn’t intended to reply to Collgoff’s comment. That was posted a few weeks after he commented it, and that was just me posting it as a general fun comment. Please think before jumping to conclusions next time.

I’m just glad we even got a surface of that clip to begin with, considering I really don’t think Sesame Workshop will consider uploading any pre-Grover clips anytime soon (I feel like we’re even lucky to have gotten the original first and last skit).
I would imagine the latter.
Does make up for a funny episode - always a pleasure seeing characters you would normally only see in inserts appear on the street.
The series isn’t going to get a DVD release.
Many of the episodes have footage from other source material, which I honestly don’t even know if it was actually licensed to begin with, so there’s going to have to be negotiations involved in obtaining the rights, which isn’t easy.
