Here's an interesting trivia tidbit: Youppi, the mascot of the Montreal Canadiens (and formerly the Montreal Expos), was designed by Bonnie Erickson, who worked with Jim Henson and helped design such Muppets as Miss Piggy, Statler & Waldorf, and others....

Since the Academy Awards are known as "Oscars", TV awards are "Emmys", Musical awards are "Grammys", Broadway musicals have "Tonys", etc., how about nicknaming these MC awards "Hensons", in honor of Jim Henson, who helped bring the Muppets into existence? :jim:
I might be crazy (but not that crazy:crazy:) , but I believe they occasionally have a spin-off during the Showcase Showdown on TPIR when 2 contestants are tied for the lead and try not to go over $1 when spinning the Big Wheel.....:)
