My honest opinion is this forum just kind of feels like it’s past its expiration date, like it’s just been around for so long that no one bothers updating it or letting in new members.
And it doesn’t exactly help that it just feels empty when there’s no muppet productions being shown on TV. 🤷🏿♂️
To me, range doesn’t matter as long as you can make the character enjoyable and your voice fits.
Other actors out there like Steve Blum, Cree Summer, Maurice Lamarche and Jeff Bennett have pretty limited ranges, but all great actors none the less.
Am I the only one who’s just scared for our future the closer we get to this election?
Like, my anxiety has been much worse than it was last election (when I stupidly thought Hillary would be the lesser evil than Trump).
Kid, I have the privilege of being able to view them at WGBH and almost had that opportunity last March but had to cancel cause of covid, and still can’t go there cause of these anti mask ***holes contributing to this virus, but you don’t see me complaining. 🤷🏿♂️
I’m sorry to bring up such an old post, but as a big fan of old school Thomas (84-03), going to have to respectfully disagree with you there on it being a show only preschoolers can enjoy. The Britt Alcroft/Gullaine Entertainment era with the show had something everyone could enjoy, whether it...
So at the age of 27, going on 28 in two months, I’ve pretty much come out of my comfort zone when it comes to how people feel about me watching the show. In the end, it has a sense of humor everyone can enjoy, and it even has lessons taught in the show that even adult folks would need to watch...
It’s possible Don could have been intended to be a one-note character given that he only appeared in one segment in season 6, and his studio was the stock set often used as Kermit’s home. But who knows.
It’s too bad this one didn’t get a home video release in the 80s/90s or was never shown during the around the corner era, cause I probably would have loved this one minus Brian’s voice as a kid.
After hearing this in English, I gotta be honest, I’m not a fan of Brian’s vocals here. But none the less, it is satisfying to hear it in English. This is definitely a clip that appears to have come and gone way too quickly.
So this is old now, but I do want to mention this.
I’ll let this page speak for itself, but I’m so happy and grateful we got (what appears to be) complete screen grabs of what was filmed from the infamous cancelled season 2 episode of Thomas and Friends “The Missing Coach” (which was initially...
Probably my VHS tapes, especially ones like Rock and Roll and Rock Music with the Muppets.
Probably pizza to be honest. Or fried chicken.
Yup. My mind wasn’t in a good area.
So late last August on the highway, this truck driver was tailgating me on the right side of the road while I was going the speed limit.... and he didn’t bother merging to the other side. Instead, he tried giving me a “what the **** are you doing?!” hand gesture as I looked in my mirror and I...
