I listed that in my first favorite moments video. It was easily one of my favorite cartoon segments! The mixture of live photography and traditional animation was really mind blowing. Definitely had that Klasky Csupo look to it.

Yeah, as a kid it bugged me a little how twice his voice became randomly different. I was never really a fan of his third voice in seasons 4/5. Not true at all. The show never had original voices for the characters until it became full-on CGI in 2009. Michael Angelis (who passed away a year ago) was in his first season as narrator in the UK while George Carlin was the new Mr. Conductor in Shining Time Station and narrator for the US dubs
