Ooh, I can't wait to get this set. I probably won't be able to for awhile though. Great review Phil, it will keep me sustained until I can get my own copy. :)
**Sideways glance at Beau** Riiight...
This calls for a typing-without-your-hands contest! Can you type your username with your nose? elbow? toes? Your forehead maybe?
Nose: mr3-p-p345 (WOW I'm bad at this!)
Elbow:mjrspepper (Much better!)
Toes: mrspepper (Haha! I'm a monkey)
Forehead...
I don't know if this is what you are looking for, but at the Muppet Wiki's Ed Sullivan Show page, it has a list of all the skits, with descriptions and photos.

Also, there is a dvd that has 20 of the 25 appearances. The cover is really ugly but...
It looks more professional and less like a blogger template, which is really good. Nice new colour scheme, simple but bright and attractive. I'm kind of worried about the cartoon Kermit logo, hope Disney won't nail you on that (at least reporter Kermit is from SS). I like the poll idea a lot...
That's why my mother hates Sailor Moon. :D Because I put her thought listening to it when I was a child.
But in all seriousness, I find them annoying too. But the adorable cartoon style and the whole imaginativeness of everything makes up for it.
I honestly thought it was going to be a naughty joke at first... then I realised who was posting it. Then I pondered for a few seconds and decided you are all silly silly moo cows.
:p I know it sounds bad, or conceited, but whatever. I'm still cool... **tries not to be embarrassed** I knew I was a grandma but I forgot whose grandma I was. Sounds a bit better? And merci buckets mate. **hides behind a small rock**
It's beautiful! Wonderful. I bet your baby cousin loves it! Geez, even I would love it, how can you not? :o Fabulous needlework, by the way, you can hardly tell how you attached the legs, very seamless. I've sewn dolls and things before. I'm competent, but no wizard. I'm impressed! :D
Beau, who am I in MopFam? I tried to find myself on the wiki but I couldn't.
p.s. If you've replaced me by now, I forgive you. I could hardly keep up anyway :)
I'm moving and I won't have internet access for at least a week, so after today it's hasta la vista! Wish me luck on my move. I expect a flooded inbox when I return. ;)
Oh, definately. ^_^ The Road episodes of Family Guy are the best ones, and I'm also a Bob Hope fan so it's pretty cool. Have you seen Road to Rupert, when Stewie dances with Gene Kelly? **giggles** Nice quotes, btw!
And I'm running out of things to say about the Simpsons. Trying to keep it on...
S'okay, I'll probably be in the same boat in 2 weeks. I'll be your friend! **hugs** Really and truly.
Squeegee, don't you worry, high school is a really small gene pool and when you get out in the real world, you will find people like you with the same interests and it will remind you that...
I've seen the trailer, it looks like it's going to be really funny. Probably similar to the Pink Panther remake, but better I think (although I am a huge dork and I liked the remake!)
I don't own Simpsons sets, but I have two Futurama volumes and I love the commentary, so it's probably just as good on the Simpsons sets too!
(See? I can stay on topic! ;) )
It's so true. My favourite scene is in Road to Rhode Island when they're in the shady motel room.... "Oh, for GOD's...
I use to watch both of those shows!
It's only useful when you don't own a 35-year-old version of Trivial Pursuit...
Yes, everyone with too much time on their hands. :p **cough**
That's okay, that's impressive! I'm totally in love with Stewie and Brian.
I'm going...
Yeah, I was just going to mention Friends. And that show is 10 seasons long! If you manage to get them cheap for $20 a piece, that's a minimum of $200 if you buy it season by season.
^_^ I just meant that you seem to know about tons of movies that noone's heard of in a long time, and you even know the names of the episodes! I'm impressed. You totally could have been on that show Beat the Geeks.
But, I'm sort of like that with Family Guy instead of the Simpsons, sadly... :o...
