Are you talking about all those stupid "games" that take forever to figure out? What exactly are the special features anyway? I was disappointed that there was no director's commentary and stuff. But I got it for free from work (along with a ton of other DVDs and videos, so I can't complain...
How many Hoobs songs are there in rotation now? I've not heard any, and am kinda looking forward to finding out what these English Muppets are all about.
I also have a question for Phil. I'll try to not get real technical. How does rotation work for MC radio? Are some songs on a higher...
I don't understand why people are cringing at these little "cute in-jokes". Since I haven't seen KSY yet (I think I'll pick it up tonight on DVD), I shouldn't really comment, and I might be eating these words, but I think its kinda cute. Why shouldn't they have fun with this project? At least...
Warrick,
I noticed that on some of the pictures it said something about coming out of models from 18 years ago? What do you guys suppose that means?
Corey,
You didn't say this in your post, but I got the sense from it. Why replace your VHS tapes with DVDs like MFC when there aren't any extras on the DVD? There are so many other things I would think are worth getting then a simple show on a disc with no bonuses at all.
Just my humble...
Phil and the other MC wizards,
Great job with the new rotation at Muppet Central Radio. I have become hooked on it lately, and listen at work most days. Much to the delight/disgust of some folks who wander into my office asking what on earth I'm listening too (normally its when Elmo is...
Am I the only person on MC that has this on tape? I'd make copies for folks, but I only have one VCR, and I'm not sure where the tape is, but I actually watched this a couple of months ago when I was on a big old Muppet Video tape crusade. I promise if folks ever want to trade for this, I will...
Another thing to realize is that over time, VHS tapes wear out and break and the picture quality also diminishes.
I don't think that VHS will go away until DVD recorders are more mainstream and inexpensive. How else will Moms and Dads capture a kids first soccer game?
I'll have you know Mr. Man that I have figured out Easter Eggs, and have been able to find a few things without the aid of any websites. Tttthhhhppppttt :p
I even found the Jay and Silent Bob one that everyone was talking about. Didn't gross me out that much.:D
Re: Nate
But if you get them at garage sales/innoCent folks at flea markets they only charge you a dime or a quarter. I never pay more then that for a Fast Food toy, inless its really rare or from overseas.
