Sam and Friends Book Read our review of the long-awaited book, "Sam and Friends - The Story of Jim Henson's First Television Show" by Muppet Historian Craig Shemin.
The name of it is simply, "Mahan-Mahna." I've seen it spelled various ways, but it's one of the few songs to be performed on both "The Muppet Show" and "Sesame Street." You can find on on several Sesame Street CDs and the new Muppet Show 25th Anniversary CD. I think.
Hope that...
My Aunt-In-Law is a cow, but her name is Mary. And she's Arizonan, NOT Canadian....
Sheesh, guys, get it straight!
I miss Gladys. And a lot of Richard's characters. I wish they'd do more to bring some of them back...

That is the BEST CD....and it's burned into my memory too. Maybe after we get all moved, we'll bust it out.
Thinking of it, I think I just "remember-smelled" Christmas!

This is entirely conjectural,
But if customers see Series One/Two or Two/Three all together, it may inspire them to buy some figures! Instead of thinking, "oh, they just have Fozzie and Gonzo and the weird "Dynamite" guy," they'll see the real scope and scale of the line, and buy more...
If the stores still have that much Series 2 product on the shelves, I wonder if they'd keep Series 3 in the storeroom instead of putting it out there so soon...
Then again, from what we've seen so far, Series 2 has sold out pretty darn fast in various places. The demand seems to be there...
Ken,
I buy them, I love them. Admittedly some of them do have problems, but I want to let other people know that they're out there. If you read the comments underneath some of those reviews, other readers are saying things like "I didn't know these existed--I'm gonna go find them..." blah...
Wow Nate, nice hair! When it first started downloading (slow connection) I thought it was going to be David Hasselhoff, but no, it was you!
I assume.
The Kinder-Egg I can appreciate, and even the Nate is Great pin, but no scratch-and-sniffs? Come on!

Every time I set out to repaint an action figure, I end up eating more of the paint than gets on the figure. And I paint a lot. My wife complained about it the other day, but she kinda likes the taste.
I'm afraid that if I tried to repaint Gonzo's nose, it'd end up looking kinda Michael...
Hiya Zack,
The largest I saw were 9-10 in Men's Sizes. I didn't actually try them on, but they seemed a little small for my feet, and certainly wouldn't fit anyone with Sasquatch-sized feet like ol' Byron.

Hiya Count,
I've got a completely open mind about suggestions for figures, and I've made plenty myself that will never see the light of day. But I've never enjoyed Wayne and Wanda, and I don't think they're interesting either as characters or visually as action figures, and I'd buy just...
Hey Mupps,
Here are some belated reviews of Series One...it's for a product review website, and they only added these to their database last week. If you're interested, check them out:

I imagine it's frustrating for Palisades' designers when they're given a very specific set of instructions for the figures from Henson--for example, that Gonzo's nose be BLUE, when we all can see that it's in varying gradations of blue to purple to pink; not just blue. But whatever Henson...

Is it too late to join the club? And do we get some sort of card or something that I can carry in my wallet? Do we get discounts on Lorrie Morgan CDs? Not that I'll be BUYING any....

Wow--that Dog City line is pretttttttty fancy! Wish I'd seen that one!
Muppets can get pretty dirty, eh?
Good thing we're around to carry on their filthy legacy.
Half of them are naked all the time anyway....

This conversation is making me two things, neither of which I like:
First, hungry for McDonald's. And their food is shack-nasty that I don't like that.
Second, bitter that I'm trapped in the States, and not in Europe, where I'd be able to get all those kicky toys.
Grrrrrrrrr...
