(I thought that was the guy who found a crooked sixpence on a crooked style? Which leads to the unanswered queary, what exactly is a crooked sixpence and how much use is a crooked style?)
Not sure if this fits into this conversation...but it's worth mentioning that they phased out SS from UK tv a while ago, but I do see Elmo's World appearing in TV-guides from time to time as its own seperate show.

I was thinking of a character with odd front teeth and suspenders who sang a song called "I'm Mr Between" and sang about getting between two potted plants, two pairs of pants, and a duck playing fiddle...etc...He was then trampled by his biggest fan, Mr On-top-of (an elephant.)
