Here's Piggy on her wedding day...

I always cry at weddings.
Here's another custom figure--Spamela Hamderson from Muppets Tonight. A figure I don't think Palisades would ever make, but they've surprised us before, eh?

Yeah, you learn these things the hard way, eh?
If I hadn't bought Zoot the same day I saw him, I still wouldn't have one--and distribution of Series 3 wasn't as widespread as 4 and 5 have been.
Piggy was mad that she wasn't invited on Vacation with Fozzie and Kermit, so she finally found her way there...

The fourth pic in that thread has my custom Vacation Kermit too, in case you haven't...
I regret the day I didn't buy a whole case of Series 3 so I could eBay them all and retire to a fabulous Muppet-filled mansion.
*smacks JediX in face*
You should e-mail Tony.
There's a limit to what they can do, and their first recommendation is to return defective merchandise to the store where you picked it up--if that's no longer an option, e-mail Tony. I've never had an issue for him, but it would undoubtedly help the company to know...
We definitely need a new Piggy action figure. We'll get one too. I'm assuming we'll see at the very least a Muppet Treasure Island and (hopefully) a Veterinarian's Hospital Nurse Piggy. Maybe a Vacation Piggy. ;)
Beyond that, though...well I'm a Piggy fan, so I'd love to see them, like...
Hey Andy,
It might be worth your time to email Tony at TEqui@palisadestoys.com ; He's in charge of replacements. I'm not sure if he'd be able to, since it wasn't damaged by the factory, but he may be able to give you some advice.
Sorry to hear about your rat.
:zany:
Yup. I would just pretend that Zoot is out of town on his own gig. That's what I do with the figures I don't have yet, or aren't out yet, like Statler and Waldorf.
:p :(
This is what I get for my absences.
:halo:
The guitar came from eBay--it looks like it was originally a refrigerator magnet. There are a lot of musical instruments on eBay in that scale--it's called a 1/12 scale (for dollhouses and stuff). In fact there was so much on eBay that I had...
I don't think they should re-release Zoot, or any of the characters, unless there's a significant change. I can see them doing Zoot in his purple tux (from the beginning/ending of The Muppet Show) or his black checkered suit and yellow shirt he wore from time to time. But beyond that, I don't...
Hey. I posted some pics of some custom-made Wizard of Oz figures over at the Palisades Forum...

Here's a new custom-made Gonzo figure from the Paul Simon episode of The Muppet Show....

Here are my thoughts.
1) We've been through worse times than this. MUCH worse.
2) I think the swell of merchandise available and being purchased at various outlets, and the releases of many obscure DVDs is a good sign that the public is still interested in the Muppets. There are more...
I think part of the problem now is that it's usually one human at a time with a few Muppets--so you never get to see a relationship between the human characters. Probably that whole underfunding thing.
Republicans!
:grouchy:  :o
My list is too long.
But here's the link:

For those of you who haven't been there yet, DVD Aficionado has a great system for tracking the DVDs you already own and wishlists--I highly recommend it.
:D
Hey MF (that's not very nice sounding...)
Just downloaded this this afternoon, and it's awesome. "Can you picture that" is easily my favorite Electric Mayhem song, and you guys rock it. Very nice.
Wish I were a bit closer to Boston to see the real deal.
:D :flirt: :sing: :cool...
Gilligan's Planet only lasted one season--most of the original cast voiced their characters again (except Tina Louise, of course) and the premise was they built a spaceship out of coconuts etc and got off the island. And the whole planet. They gave Ginger white-blonde hair, which I never...
