Sam and Friends Book Read our review of the long-awaited book, "Sam and Friends - The Story of Jim Henson's First Television Show" by Muppet Historian Craig Shemin.
Don't forget, on a lighter tone but still what I'd concider within the bounries of cheeky Muppet moments, Big Fat Ugly Bug-Faced Baby-Eating O'Brian got a rather open-mouthed reception from all the men on the ship.
You definatly are making sense (but why make sense when you could be making dollars?). We are talking about Angela being in the new Muppet Movie though. I'd be less at ease with her appearing in, say, the new Fraggle Movie. I think the people in that film should be positive role-models.
On...
While we're thinking of infamous Muppet moments...Scooter cage-dancing anyone?
While I still feel it perfectly fitted the tone of the movie, it is still disturbing to think about.
Bea:zany:{Along with thinking of Super Scooter cage dancing...}regard
To be honest, I think the "Myth myth" woman from The Muppet Movie should be concidered for a cheeky muppet moment award...I mean, for a start, what was she doing out by that billboard?
But also, in The Muppet Movie as Kermit and gang approach Piggy on the highway, she appears to be hitching...
I remember my surprise, and momentary shock, when I encountered some early interviews with Piggy and Kermit in which they discussed leather and fetishism over at ToughPigs...Most amusing indeed.
I'm afraid I'm going to have to dive for one of the most obvious innuendos, instead of something subtile and clever. I always loved the way that Miss Bitterbuns pulls Pepe towards...er...her, as she lets him know in no uncertain words that he'll get his "Chrrristmas bonusss."
What is fun about talking about people like AJ as a responsible grown up is that we can say the word "Sex" and "Sexing up" and "Overly sexed" without giggling.
Or...just giggling to ourselves silently.
