Sam and Friends Book Read our review of the long-awaited book, "Sam and Friends - The Story of Jim Henson's First Television Show" by Muppet Historian Craig Shemin.
As I'd promised yesterday, I'm about to reveal the number one villain that'll appear in the Spidey/Muppet stories that'll lead in to Spider-Man 3.
But first...I wanted to explain what I'll have in store for the Muppets/Spider-Man 2 story that I'll write before those other stories. It'll...
I try to allow my titles to explain what the story is all about. If you look closely at the overall title of my recent fanfic series, "The MARVELOUS Muppets", you'll know that the title pretty much explains to you what kind of partnership the Muppets and the Marvel superheroes have throughout...
OK. So I come to find out that the fourth villain might just be the symbiote-powered Spider-Man himself, which doesn't really come as a big surprise to me, considering how evil Spidey can get with that black stuff on him.
If you want to hear a surprise bigger than that, regarding the upcoming...
I read the final chapter of the story, and all I have to say is congratulations on one marvelous tale, PC. I can't wait to see what you have in store for your next story.:)
I'm not certain right now what characterization I'll go with. I'm familiar with both of them (Grim and the MC Reaper). I'll probably go with the MC version, since I'd already included Renee's "Sadie" characters into the universe and will soon add PC's "Butch and Clyde" characters as well...
Loved the new chapter, PC. Loved every bit of this story. Marvelous job!:)
And thanks for giving me your permission to use Butch and Clyde. I promise I won't make them too different from the way you wrote them in this tale.:D
That news about Robin being in Season 4 is a surprise. But here's a bigger one: Brandon Routh (the new Superman) will be providing the voice of one of the new villains in the season (a guy named "Everywhere Man")! Not only that, but I read that there's going to be a "flash forward" episode, in...
What's wrong with it?
I didn't think much of it either at first, mostly because of the animation it'll be using. But I'm actually excited about seeing it. I just hope that they don't steer too far from the comics. Then it'd be crap.:)
I'll put it this way. Anything dealing with...
It's a new animated series that premieres this Saturday (September 2nd) on CN's Toonami block, and it combines two-dimensional and three-dimensional animation. Its animation looks like it might be similiar to that of W.I.T.C.H., which makes sense, considering that the animation company producing...
I'd surprisingly found Yin-Yang-Yo! entertaining when I watched it this past Saturday on Jetix's last Saturday Morning broadcast on ABC Family. A lot of animated programs on television nowadays deal with Japanese/Chinese storylines, especially Nickelodeon's popular Anime-inspired show, Avatar...
That still would be an interesting "crossover within a crossover" type of story, if not colossal. It'd definitely take two people to write it, so if you are thinking of taking on that kind of a project, LMK, because I want in on it.:)
Now that'd be some crossover if I combine both "Sesame, DC" and "MARVELOUS Muppets" together. It would be like morphing the "Secret Wars" with "Infinite Crisis".:D
As for dropping Juniper Lee from the Labyrinth/Blade/Ghost Rider story, I can do that, because this story will just be the third...
I was never that good at making clues difficult to guess. But I suppose if Count was able to figure it out, then everyone else has as well. So, yes, the fourth Muppet villain that will appear in the next Spidey/Muppets stories (minus the Muppets/Spider-Man 2 crossover) is Rachel Bitterman from...
Thanks, Count. I can always count (no pun intended) on you when it comes to getting info on franchises outside the Muppets.:)
I'm posting this new update from one of the computers we have here on our university's campus library. It's clues to not only the fourth franchise, but one of the...
I think I should correct myself on a few things that I mentioned in the previous post, due to recent changes.
There is going to be a spinoff series (featuring the TMNT) to one of the two fanfic series that I've been working on, but it's only going to be for "Sesame, DC". "MARVELOUS Muppets"...
Chapter Six was really marvelous, Renee.;)
It seems to me that Doc and Sprocket are getting a lot of attention in recent fanfics, including my F4/Muppets story. And that is excellent, considering that we're not that far away from the DVD release of the second season to FR.:excited:
Can't...
Thanks.:)
It'll be a while until I get the next chapter in, because I'm starting a new semester at my university tomorrow. So I might have my hands full for a while. But, have no fear, this F4/Muppets crossover will eventually get done.:D
I also liked this line, too. It was so witty, yet it also had truth in it.
And the part with the Muppet Newsman at the end of Chapter 19 was classic. And I love how you now got these former and current C.O.V.N.E.T. agents helping the Muppets out on their intergalactic journey. I figured that...
Chapter Five
A news chopper flew around the Brooklyn Bridge, trying to capture the best angle on the action. Out of all the abandoned vehicles on the bridge, there was one that was still moving across it, passing through them all. It was a school bus that was painted in a greenish color...
