Did Grover really slap Herbie's back too? I don't recall ever seeing that happen. But I sure do recall Grover doing that to Kermit a bunch of times. One of my favorites of Herb and Grover together is that one where Grover was afraid of his own shadow until Herb came along and explained to Grover...
Har har these are great, I love puns! And yes I agree that Kevin won't be making a grave mistake with this job. Looks like his TOMBmorrows will be brighter!
I'm with you!
Haha yellow garbage bag ponchos! I remember those and the mocassins for the feet (for walking around the American falls). And yeah I guess I did have the ponch for the maid of the mist come to think of it (but still got the face soaked I think)
Okay just checked, no ziffeling...
Well that was a fun ride but I got soaked! How did you manage to avoid the mist from the falls, superfan? Heh heh, and meanwhile you were at the water cooler too. What a wet night this is!
Edit: Oops GeeBee ziffeled me! Well done, didn't see that coming and I think it's your first ziffel...
Thanks Rosewood RedBoobergurl and Fragglemuppet. Yeah Fragglemuppet, I probably will do some walking since it's close but thought about that very thing - after 8 hours of physical labor may not feel like walking home. We'll see how I feel. :)
Oh sorry I'm late for this clean up! Had a major spill down in the culinary dept. (Actually I was catnapping in the 2nd floor storage closet, but don't tell the supervisor!)
*puts caution sign up* *starts mopping floor* Someone comes by for water and nearly slips. "Oh is it wet here?" they ask.
I recall those shops being on the Canadian side but this was 1976, heeheehee. Let's go on the maid of the mist now, superfan! (Heh heh, I don't think the boats run at night do they?)
Thanks! I enjoyed that blue aardvark, and the tic tacs and Niagara Falls were cool too. But the ol' Ziffel avatar is my fave (and goes best with my user name) :)
And Diana, I have seen "Rollercoaster" several times and I really LOVE that movie. I didn't realize it was filmed at Doswell...
61 here going down to about 55. Good sleeping weather again. This kind of nice weather we've been having also saves money from not having to use the A/C or the heat. :)
Earlier this afternoon I enjoyed a nice long walk. And for dinner I went to Subway and when I told the girl behind the...
I have never been to King's Dominion but remember the commercials for it when it first debuted in 1975. I was still in Silver Spring, Maryland so I'm sure that's why the ads were aired. Whereas Disney World has Disney characters walking through the park, Kings had (and maybe still has) Hanna...
That's great Fozzie! Neat that both you and I had this open up at the same time and that we both started the same title for a new thread in sharing it! Best wishes to you.
Oh I just congratulated you on another thread (where #1000 took place live before our very eyes. Well, almost. I was ziffeled and that means it was in stealth, technically, but only by a few seconds, if that!
Pretty sneaky sneaking off like that, Nick. But can't blame you since the forum is...
That's correct JediX. And I never really have engaged in any water cooler conservation in my time (though I have been complimented for my dinner conversation abilities. No not really!). But this brings to mind a line I loved from "The Honeymooners" tv show. Ralph got laid off from work and his...
Ah okay, I was wondering what penguining was and now I guess it doesn't refer to a specific happening here. *pulls a penguin* (out of a hat? no, that's rabbits)
