Yes, it’s brand new.

It’s a brand new laptop and I hardly have anything on it.

The fact that my laptop would not turn on again for the second time and had to hard shutdown and reboot again.

My computer wouldn’t turn on again, so I had to do another hard shutdown. This is the second time this happened and hope it doesn’t happen all the time.

You’re welcome. I've been sick on Christmas many times and even had to go to the hospital when I was younger.

Oh no. Being sick on a holiday is not fun at all.
