Wow, you leave for an hour...
Adding to that Sal, you really gonna cook and eat Johnny? Monkeys really never struck me as the kind of anymal to do that. I mean sure, I could see that from chimps as they can be borderline canabalistic at times but monkeys are a totally different breed.
Yup it is, luv that song too. (you're the first one who's mentioned it :)) I'e only heard the live version recording too. For the longest time I honestly thought Kermit showed up to sing that line with him. Then my mom told me that Chris was just really good at impressions.
Welcome Walter. Very appropriate name.
Minor characters are cool. The nice thing is that with the muppets no matter how minor a character is, they are still chock full of character.
Anyway, welcome again, hope ya have fun here.
Hiya markit, welcome.
Everyone keeps talking about the Jim Henson Tribut in this thread (which is understandable) But I'm not sure I ever want to watch it :P
Yea that's one of the things I like about the Muppets and puppetry in general, you really get to work with and see all the different...
I'm having a problem with a memory like that. It was some sort of tv show I loved to watch. All I remember about it was that there was a guy who played a guitar and I'm pretty sure he had a puppet type thing for a friend. They hung out in an area by a pond I think it was kinda cave like. And...
Gotta ask, was there any pork involved? Everything else sounds REALLY GOOD.
Were having a cookout tomorrow at church, same old standard though, hamburgers and hotdogs, not that that's bad or anything. But afterwards it sounds like we might be grilling steaks and corn cuz they're on sale...
Hey Slackbot I have a question. I noticed that this Sidebottom looks more clownish than the live action one which to me has more of a jester-like feel to him. Did you do that on purpose because he's the cartoon one or is that just sorta how it worked out?
Cranny
Here's a new puppet I finished a few weeks ago. His name is Cranny and he's a cranberry-orange scone. The idea came up when a guy at work was fooling around with a scone and making it talk, so I tried to make a puppet for him. It was kind of a bittersweet project because he gave me some...
Wow, you did a really good job on that one. You sure this is the first time you've done a puppet?:coy: Quick question, what did you use for the arm rods?
I remember watching Eureka's Cast;e quite a bit though for the life of me I don't remember anything about it (except for the dragon-like things that sang "Eureka's Castle")
I thought think I watched these a lot but I saw bits and peices of The Puzzle Place and Alleghra's Window when my sister's...
Happy Fourth of July Everyone! Sparklers and Firecrackers for everyone!
*pause*
Wait! What am I saying! Someone keep those things away from Harry!
BOOM!
 Too Late!
Lol. Actually one think I liked was how having him suck his fingers like that and transfering his shirt to hang around his waist makes him look so much younger. It was a good technique.
